Accessibility

We want as many guests as possible to be able to enjoy our Key West experiences.

Because our tours take place in historic buildings and outdoor locations, accessibility varies by experience. If you have mobility concerns or need assistance, please let us know when you book or contact us before your visit. We’ll do our best to help you plan the experience that works best for you.

Robert the Doll After Dark

Robert the Doll After Dark takes place inside historic Fort East Martello.

The primary areas used during the experience are accessible, although some guests may use a different route through the fort. The experience includes periods of walking and standing as well as seated portions.

If you use a wheelchair, have difficulty standing for extended periods, or need additional assistance, please let us know in advance so we can help make your visit as comfortable as possible.

America’s Most Haunted Firehouse

The historic Key West Firehouse has a wheelchair lift.

The standard experience includes one flight of stairs to the second floor. Guests who need the lift should contact us in advance so we can confirm that it is operational for their visit.

Guests may also choose to remain on the first floor and in the outdoor investigation areas.

Key West UFO Tour

The Key West UFO Tour takes place at outdoor waterfront viewing locations in Key West.

Accessible viewing areas are available. Some experiences may normally include sandy areas, but alternate locations can be used for guests with mobility concerns.

Please let us know when booking if you use a wheelchair or would prefer to avoid sand or uneven surfaces.

Private Experiences

Private experiences vary depending on the locations and activities selected.

If someone in your group has accessibility needs, contact us before booking. We can discuss the options and help design an experience that works for your group.

Website Accessibility

We are committed to making GhostKeyWest.com easier to use and accessible to as many people as possible.

Our website includes the UserWay accessibility widget, which provides tools that can assist with viewing and navigating the site. The accessibility menu can be opened using the accessibility icon displayed on the website.

We continue to review and improve our website, but some content or third-party booking features may not always work perfectly with every assistive technology.
